Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of security engagements, including kickoff, timeline planning, milestone tracking, report delivery, and closure
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates, confirming timelines, and managing change requests
- Identify and escalate project risks, ensuring timely resolution and refining delivery processes over time
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in the blockchain industry
- Solid understanding of smart contracts, blockchain security, and penetration testing
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously across various teams
- Experience in client-facing project roles with strong interpersonal skills
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English
