Job Summary
To support ongoing client needs, the remote contractor BMC Helix Administrator will provide technical support and administration for the BMC Helix environment, including configuration changes, troubleshooting, and managing upgrades.
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing administration and technical support for the BMC Helix environment
- Perform configuration changes and manage workflows, forms, and permissions within BMC Helix
- Coordinate and support planned BMC Helix upgrades, including testing and validation of changes
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience administering BMC Helix in an enterprise environment
- Experience with BMC Helix ITSM and core IT service management functionality
- Proficiency in managing forms, fields, workflows, and permissions within BMC Helix
- Experience troubleshooting configuration and application issues within BMC Helix
- Ability to support BMC Helix upgrades and perform regression testing
