Job Summary
Supporting the design and optimization of Building Management System (BMS) solutions, the fully remote BMS Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of BMS control systems in pharmaceutical and GMP manufacturing environments
- Develop and review Sequences of Operation (SOOs) for HVAC and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve BMS and facility automation issues to ensure reliable system operation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Controls, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS, BAS, Controls Engineering, or Automation Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Johnson Controls Metasys and Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley platforms required
- Experience with commissioning, qualification, and validation activities in regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
