BMT Data Quality Senior

Job Summary

Providing quality assurance support to the BMT Data team, the full-time remote BMT Data Quality Senior will oversee quality needs, analyze data for accuracy, and educate stakeholders to resolve deficiencies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance needs of the BMT-CI Data Team and monitor data quality
• Analyze data, identify issues, and provide education to resolve deficiencies
• Serve as a subject matter expert on standards and requirements from CIBMTR, NMDP, FACT, and internal goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data abstraction, management, and quality assurance
• Experience in BMT data management or regulatory settings
• Proficiency in database technology and EMR systems within a medical research facility
• Demonstrated attention to detail in producing accurate deliverables
