Job Summary

Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - HEDIS Quality will provide strategic guidance, market insights, and industry expertise remotely to support Healthcare Shares' growth and mission-driven initiatives in healthcare innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, and investment focus
• Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and founder support
• Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including digital health and biotech

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in healthcare, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields
• Preferred senior leadership, board, or advisory experience
• Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems
• Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance
• Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board activities
