Board-Certified Dermatology Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Global Clinical Consultation Service, a full-time Board-Certified Dermatology Specialist will provide virtual consultations to Zoetis Diagnostics customers regarding clinical case management, including interpreting laboratory results and advising on diagnostic steps.

Key responsibilities

• Provide veterinary dermatology advice virtually to customers via phone, email, and video calls
• Collaborate with other board specialists and support teams to enhance customer service and case management
• Develop and present continuing education materials while participating in service improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Board-certified dermatology specialist (ACVD, ECVD, or RCVS Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology)
• 5+ years of experience in specialist-level veterinary dermatology
• Proven organizational and interpersonal skills as an effective team player
• Strong commitment to service and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
