Board Certified Regional Medical Director

Job Summary

To ensure exceptional medical quality and service delivery, the full-time Board Certified Regional Medical Director will implement and direct policies, mentor providers, and manage accountability for clinical performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for all W2 and 1099 providers in the region, focusing on KPI and quality measures
• Conduct monthly meetings and communications to track provider metrics and enable support and improvement plans
• Provide clinical consultation, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with new initiatives

Required qualifications

• Medical Degree with current/continuous board certification
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and 3 years in a clinical leadership role
• Proven ability to manage multiple administrative and clinical responsibilities effectively
• Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
