Job Summary

Seeking new members for its Board of Directors, the remote, unpaid position will involve guiding strategy and ensuring the governance and financial health of F s Feminista while attending three annual meetings and participating in at least one standing committee.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the organization's strategic direction and governance
• Attend three meetings annually and serve on at least one standing committee
• Uphold legal duties and disclose potential conflicts of interest

Required qualifications

• Experience in financial leadership, gender-lens investing, or governance
• Substantive involvement in youth-led movements or community organizing, particularly in the Global South
• Strong understanding of political, economic, and public health landscapes
• Commitment to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHRJ)
• Ability to connect with new partners and social justice movements
