Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Unrepresented Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents, determine coverage, liability, and damages, and negotiate claims within established authority levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential for complex cases
• Handles investigations regarding all aspects of complex auto claims, exercising discretion and independence
• Learns to review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundation in liability and full claim ownership
• Experience handling claims in Washington and Nevada is highly desirable
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
