Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely from home, the full-time Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents and assess coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate claims processing
• Negotiate fair and timely injury settlements with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required
• 2-5 years of moderate/complex Bodily Injury claim handling experience is preferred
• Experience with first-party collision and third-party property damage claims is beneficial
• Prior litigation claims experience is a plus
• Claims experience in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont is highly preferred
