Job Summary

Working remotely from home, the full-time Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, while managing communications with customers and attorneys to negotiate fair settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents, assessing coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels
• Negotiate injury settlements using innovative platforms and tools

Required qualifications

• Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required
• 2-5 years of moderate Bodily Injury claim handling experience is preferred
• Experience with first-party collision and third-party property damage claims
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
• Claims experience in Ohio or Connecticut is highly preferred
