Job Summary

As a full-time remote Bodily Injury Adjuster, the candidate will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney involvement, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Independently investigate casualty claims by reviewing damage and interpreting insurance policies
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate a smooth claims process
• Evaluate and negotiate claim settlements in accordance with legal and business standards

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of bodily injury claim evaluation and negotiation experience preferred
• Experience in handling represented bodily injury claims preferred
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for evaluating and negotiating injury claims
