Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Bodily Injury Adjuster - MD, VA, DC, DE, WV will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney involvement, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Independently investigate casualty claims by reviewing damages and interpreting insurance policies
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process
• Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements in accordance with legal and business standards

Required qualifications

• Prior experience handling represented third-party casualty claims
• Experience with bodily injury claims in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, or Washington DC
• Minimum of 3 years of moderate to complex bodily injury claim handling experience
• Familiarity with insurance policies and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
