Job Summary

Investigating and resolving complex represented claims, the fully remote Bodily Injury Adjuster - NJ NY PA will manage liability and bodily injury investigations, negotiate settlements, and oversee customer communications across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Summarizes documents and enters notes into the claims system
• Manages and resolves complex customer communications and issues
• Reviews medical reports to prepare for claims settlement evaluations

Required qualifications

• Experience in claims handling, particularly with bodily injury and liability
• Knowledge of medical terminology and claims settlement processes
• Ability to negotiate and settle complex claims effectively
• Familiarity with Department of Insurance regulations and procedures
• Preferred candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones
