Job Summary
Working remotely, the Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster - Moderate/Complex (RI/MA/ME/NH/VT) will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney involvement, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate automobile accidents and assess liability, coverage, and damages
- Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate claims processing
- Negotiate fair and timely injury settlements using innovative platforms and tools
Required qualifications
- Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required
- Experience in RI, MA, ME, NH, or VT claims is highly preferred
- 2-5 years of moderate/complex Bodily Injury claim handling experience is preferred
- Prior litigation claims experience is a plus
- Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone
