Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, the ideal candidate will investigate, evaluate, and resolve first- and third-party private passenger auto liability casualty claims while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively investigates and resolves coverage, liability, and damages questions related to bodily injury auto claims
• Ensures proper reserving and task management on all assigned claims while adhering to standard operating procedures
• Documents all claims activities thoroughly to support investigation decisions and negotiates claims with injured parties or their representation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of bodily injury auto claims handling experience; 5 or more years preferred
• Experience in an MGA, carrier, or insurance claims administration environment
• Active adjuster licenses in applicable states, or the ability to obtain required licenses
