Seeking a part-time contract Claims Scenario Author (Expert AI Trainer), the role focuses on creating realistic bodily injury claim scenarios to train AI agents, requiring 20 hours per week for 4 weeks, with a strong emphasis on claims handling expertise and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Write multi-step tasks for AI agents to evaluate claims based on fictional policies and authority limits
• Design and build synthetic bodily injury claim files, ensuring consistency across medical records, bills, and reports
• Review peer-written scenarios for realism, accuracy, and adherence to detailed authoring guidelines

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years handling bodily injury, casualty, or liability claims, with 5+ years preferred
• Experience reviewing medical records and evaluating injury claims
• Ability to write clear task instructions with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written English skills, capable of explaining reasoning step by step
• Experience creating structured training materials or claims guidelines
