Bodily Injury Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading the Bodily Injury and Litigation claims team, the fully remote Bodily Injury Claims Supervisor will provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to ensure claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching and technical direction to BI/Litigation adjusters while leading team meetings and one-on-one sessions
• Review claims for coverage, liability, and handling quality, granting authority for settlements and ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Monitor litigated claims for timely resolution and manage related activities including invoice reviews and reporting

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Property & Casualty claims experience, with significant exposure to Bodily Injury and litigated claims
• Strong understanding of insurance industry practices and regulations related to claim handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and claims management systems
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Successful completion of a background check
