Bodily Injury Litigation Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Bodily Injury Litigation Supervisor will provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure efficient and compliant handling of bodily injury and litigation claims while developing talent and driving results.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and technical direction to BI/Litigation adjusters and assist in recruiting and training top talent
• Review claims for coverage and handling quality, approving settlements and ensuring compliance with company guidelines
• Monitor litigated claims for timely resolution and manage legal invoicing and related activities

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of Property & Casualty claims experience, with significant exposure to bodily injury and litigated claims
• Strong understanding of insurance industry practices and regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and claims management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Successful completion of a background check
