Boomi Runtime Support Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting and maintaining an existing Boomi Runtime environment, the remote Boomi Runtime Support Specialist will ensure the reliability, availability, security, and performance of Runtimes and Runtime Clusters while managing production support, troubleshooting integration issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for existing Boomi Runtimes and Runtime Clusters, including on-call support for production environments
- Manage installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of Boomi Runtimes while ensuring compliance with operational standards
- Monitor platform health and performance, proactively addressing resource constraints and resolving issues to prevent user impact
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing production support for a Boomi environment, including on-call support
- Hands-on experience with administering Boomi Runtimes, Runtime Clusters, and Atom topology
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Runtime issues related to availability, deployment, and performance
- Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies and business continuity concepts for integration platforms
- Experience collaborating with Infrastructure, application development, and IT Security teams
