Proactively managing borrower relationships, the full-time remote Borrower Advocate will ensure a seamless loan experience by communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, and preventing defaults throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage-related collection, customer service, or sales experience
- Knowledge of the mortgage life-cycle and processing steps
- Experience with Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software
- Broad knowledge of real estate transaction methods
