BOT Development Engineer
Job Summary
To support ongoing projects, the remote BOT Development Engineer will manage Genesys Cloud implementations and integrations, leveraging extensive contact center engineering experience in a contract role.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize Genesys Cloud solutions for contact center operations
- Develop and integrate APIs using REST, OAuth 2.0, and webhooks
- Ensure compliance with identity and security standards, including SSO and RBAC
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of contact center engineering experience, with 3+ years in Genesys Cloud
- Genesys Cloud certification (current or able to obtain)
- Strong skills in API integration and telephony technologies
- AWS Solutions Architect-level knowledge
- Development experience in Python and/or Node.js
