Job Summary

To ensure exceptional member service, the full-time Branch Supervisor Florida Licensed will manage daily operations, supervise and train staff, and oversee compliance while working onsite in Panama City, FL.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of Relationship and Service Advisors to maintain high service standards
• Assist members with inquiries, resolve issues, and cross-sell services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage daily cash requirements and monitor department activities to improve operational methods and procedures

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of related experience in a supervisory role
• A two-year college degree or completion of specialized certification or training
• Registration based on SAFE Act requirements or already registered
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
