Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Broker Assistant with Licensing will support accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage insurance policy processes while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting accounts and maintaining performance requirements for production, quality, and service
• Deliver outstanding customer service through professional communication and prompt responses to service requests
• Manage new business submissions and assist with the renewal process, ensuring timely completion of policy transactions

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry experience or equivalent education; or 2+ years of related customer service experience
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Required active licensing or ability to obtain
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
