Broker Relations Representative

Job Summary

Creating and maintaining professional relationships with agents, the full-time hourly Broker Relations Representative I will serve as the initial point of contact for issue resolution and operational support, assisting with onboarding, compliance inquiries, and training on internal systems in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class customer service focused on achieving first call resolution
• Document and assist with requests accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate resolutions with internal departments and ensure effective communication with business partners

Required qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in telephonic customer service
• Experience in managed care, healthcare, or Medicare preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Outlook
• Familiarity with data entry and workflow management systems
• Understanding of leads, co-op, and marketing programs
