Job Summary
Seeking a part-time remote BS/MD Admissions Consultant, the ideal candidate will guide prospective BS/MD and direct medical program applicants through the admissions process, including application strategy, materials development, and interview preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Guide applicants through the admissions process, including school selection and application strategy
- Help students enhance their academic and extracurricular profiles and develop compelling application materials
- Provide guidance on personal statements, supplemental essays, and interview preparation while maintaining an authentic voice
Required qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Prior admissions committee experience at the undergraduate or medical school level
- Experience mentoring high school students in academic advising or college application support
- Familiarity with BS/MD, direct medical, and pre-med admissions processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple students and timelines
