BSA AML Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting the BSA/AML compliance programs, the remote BSA AML Analyst II will conduct compliance oversight reviews, serve as a subject matter resource, and partner with business lines to implement AML initiatives while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance oversight reviews of business lines and third parties to evaluate adherence to laws and company policies
• Provide advisory support to the first line of defense by offering technical guidance and assisting with issue resolution
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of line-of-business guidance related to AML compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or financial crime, with knowledge of BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC requirements
• Familiarity with banking products and services, including payments and fintech partnerships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
