Job Summary

Providing operational leadership for clinical trial budget amendments, the fully remote Budget Amendment Negotiation Supervisor will manage amendment workflows, oversee team performance, and serve as the primary escalation resource for complex negotiations in the oncology clinical research portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee amendment workflows from request through negotiation and implementation
• Manage workload distribution, prioritization, and quality assurance for the team
• Collaborate with investigators, study teams, and sponsors to resolve financial disputes and operational issues

Required qualifications

• Experience in clinical trial budget management and negotiation
• Proven leadership skills in supervising and training staff
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical research processes
• Ability to develop standardized workflows and training resources
• Experience with process improvement initiatives in a clinical research setting
