Job Summary

A non-profit organization in the healthcare industry is seeking a Budget and Operations Manager.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate annual, monthly, and weekly budgeting needs, including annual budget preparation and daily supervision of all Philanthropy budgets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for salary and personnel requests and liaison with Human Resources for comprehensive hiring process and manager of organizational structure and information-sharing about onboarding and offboarding new and exiting staff
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all supply chain vendor agreements and legal-reviewed agreements and Compliance needs
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of related experience in a large non-profit organization or an academic institution
  • 2 years of Accounting, HR management, supply chain management, and legal offices/processes preferred
  • Demonstrable experience working with large non-profit or university-based development, accounting or sponsored program office is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience required
  • 7 years of related experience without a Bachelor's Degree may be considered
