Job Summary
Supporting the Government Affairs and Political Engagement team, the full-time Budget Associate will manage diverse administrative tasks, assist with budget-related work, and collaborate with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment based in Washington, DC.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Assist in budget management by processing SAP/Ariba entries, generating purchase orders, and tracking GAPE spending
- Collaborate with other budget associates and executive assistants to ensure accurate and timely budget documentation for leadership
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of administrative and/or operations experience, preferably in government affairs or policy
- Experience in budget support and corporate budget processes
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
