Job Summary
Owning the software shipping process, the fully remote Build and Release Engineer will manage build servers, automate software releases, and publish applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play while collaborating closely with development and testing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve build and continuous integration servers for desktop and mobile software
- Write scripts and automation to streamline builds, packaging, and releases
- Publish and manage applications through App Store Connect and Google Play Console
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in build and release engineering, configuration management, or DevOps
- Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Experience with CI platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
- Direct experience publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play
- Solid understanding of source control, versioning, and release traceability
