Focused on enhancing residential home construction products, the full-time remote Builder Product Manager will translate complex ERP business logic into actionable agent missions, manage the modernization backlog, and write structured mission specifications to drive product development.
Key responsibilities
- Write mission briefs that replace traditional PRDs with structured specifications and success evaluations
- Encode business logic by interviewing subject matter experts to create system prompts and constraints
- Co-build evaluation datasets and rubrics to verify agent output against real ERP business logic
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Python for prompt scripting and evaluation tooling
- Fluency in SQL and understanding of ERP data
- Experience with LangChain/LangGraph for agent behavior specification
- Familiarity with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and programmatic evaluation frameworks like DSPy
- Strong interest in ERP business logic and customer workflows
