Focused on transforming Lumber & Building Materials Products, the full-time remote Builder Product Manager will manage mission briefs, encode business logic from subject matter experts, and own the modernization backlog using AI-driven methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Write structured "Mission Specifications" to guide Builders in shipping products without kickoff meetings
- Translate complex ERP business logic into actionable system prompts and agentic constraints
- Co-develop evaluation datasets and rubrics to verify agent outputs against real ERP business logic
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and SQL with a strong understanding of ERP data
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph for specifying agent behavior
- Familiarity with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs for AI integration
- Knowledge of programmatic evaluation frameworks like DSPy
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights using AI tools
