Job Summary
Managing multiple data center construction projects remotely, the full-time Building Systems Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining adherence to company design standards and quality objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain liaison with contractors and vendors to oversee daily project activities and ensure compliance with project goals
- Create and manage project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and change orders
- Represent the company in project meetings and drive uniform adherence to company standards across all projects
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience managing data center projects
- Solid construction project management experience, particularly in critical facilities design
- 10 years of industry-related technical experience with power and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with building management software and communication protocols used in building automation
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD is a plus
