To support a growing operations team, the remote Bulk Operations Specialist will develop and maintain SOPs for bulk operations, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer and vendor experiences, and optimize workflows using data-driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bulk operations
