Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried Business Analysis and Testing Manager will manage cross-functional technology initiatives by gathering and validating requirements, establishing testing governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet Finance's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance leadership to document business and systems requirements for technology initiatives
- Serve as the business lead on project initiatives, ensuring requirements and testing readiness are met
- Design and execute robust test scripts and plans across system implementations and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in business/systems analysis or software testing/QA within a finance environment
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple business systems or technology platforms
- Experience partnering with IT and development teams on cross-functional system implementations
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight
