Business Analysis Consultant
Job Summary
To support the National Performance team, the full-time remote Business Analysis Consultant will analyze healthcare data to identify trends and performance drivers, transform findings into compelling narratives, and develop executive presentations for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze operational, clinical, financial, and member performance data to identify trends and opportunities
- Transform quantitative analysis into data stories that communicate key findings and business implications
- Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and performance narratives for senior leaders
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, healthcare analytics, or a related field
- Experience within home-based care, managed care, or population health environments
- Proficiency in creating executive presentations and using data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to translate analysis into decision-ready insights and recommendations
