Business Analysis Manager
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time remote Business Analysis Manager will manage a team of Business Analysts, align operational business objectives with technical execution, and drive continuous improvement across the requirements lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Define and govern enterprise Business Analysis frameworks and standards across all SDLC delivery models
- Provide executive escalation support and strategic direction on high-complexity enterprise initiatives
- Lead professional development for the team through targeted coaching in requirement elicitation and process engineering
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis or process engineering within cross-functional teams
- 7+ years of direct people management experience overseeing business analysis teams
- Proven background in standardizing BA methodologies and managing resource capacity across projects
- Extensive experience with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks
