Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support impactful product initiatives, the full-time Business Analyst will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance customer support, manage cross-functional projects, and engage with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and expand scalable systems, products, and processes to enhance customer support and value delivery
• Drive execution of multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects and/or programs
• Interface with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing timelines and team deadlines

Required qualifications

• Experience in program management or related roles within high-performing product companies
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and build cross-organizational support
• Proven ability to organize, implement, and manage complex programs and projects
• Ability to navigate trade-offs and balance competing priorities
• Deep interest in AI systems; direct AI/ML experience valued but not required
