Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting leadership in a remote full-time capacity, the Business Analyst IV will analyze business processes and systems, maintain and configure various business systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and enhance overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a systems administrator and subject matter expert for business systems and platforms
• Conduct regular audits of business systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiencies
• Develop and manage ad-hoc reports to identify trends and support operational improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Seven or more years of experience in data analysis, business operations, and software solutions
• Extensive experience with large-scale software solutions and systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effective program management capabilities to lead initiatives and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
