Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support business initiatives through data analysis, the full-time Business Analyst will perform detailed analysis, identify user requirements, and assist with implementation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support business initiatives through data analysis, user acceptance testing, and identification of implementation barriers
- Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
- Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units to enhance performance management and operational reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Intermediate SQL or R coding skills, including the ability to write SQL code from scratch
- Knowledge of Medicare Stars, Medicaid HPR, and Marketplace QRS scoring methodology preferred
- Project management experience preferred
