Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Lumen's go-to-market framework, the early-career Business Analyst will work remotely to analyze performance data and field feedback, driving sales enablement and revenue growth through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Measure the effectiveness of commercial plays across market segments and sales channels
- Analyze seller and partner feedback to identify opportunities for refining go-to-market strategies
- Collect, interpret, and synthesize data into actionable business insights for annual strategy-setting processes
Required qualifications
- Completion of an internship within Data Analytics at Lumen Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and field feedback
- Experience developing presentations or data-driven insights
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
