Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will translate business requirements and customer needs into clear product specifications, ensuring well-structured and functional products that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear specifications for development
- Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to prototype new product features
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping
- Experience with user journey mapping and workflow analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
