Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working in a hybrid capacity, the Business Analyst will analyze data from various sources to improve business processes, produce reports, and serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams in West Sacramento, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhancing business processes and client needs
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports to support Provider/Member Relations
- Facilitate communication of business requirements between clients, project managers, and technical personnel
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable plans for clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and quantitative analysis tools
- Experience in creating operational dashboards and management reports
- Strong written and oral communication skills for delivering presentations to diverse audiences
- Ability to motivate teams and communicate operational needs effectively
