Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support self-insured employer clients, the full-time remote Business Analyst will deliver actionable insights through advanced healthcare claims analytics and relationship management, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and driving improvements in healthcare program performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and automate reports and dashboards to support ongoing monitoring and stakeholder access to insights
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through tailored reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain strong executive-level relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of analytical work experience with healthcare claims data
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting roles
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and database management
