Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a global regulatory transformation initiative, the full-time Business Analyst will facilitate requirements gathering, document business processes, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders in Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Operations
• Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and project documentation
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams while supporting change management activities

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, regulatory operations, or transformation initiatives within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs, regulatory submissions, and related business processes
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships
• Experience in developing process documentation, workflows, and process maps
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementations
