Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support critical health and human services initiatives, the full-time remote Advisor Business Analyst will coordinate IT project workstreams, serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between clients and technical teams, and oversee the delegation and coaching of project team members to enhance business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
- Act as a subject matter expert and liaison to translate requirements between technical and non-technical personnel
- Delegate tasks and coach project team members to improve complex business processes
Required qualifications
- Nine or more years of experience as a business analyst, with at least three years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel features, including macros and relational database software
- Ability to translate technical requirements for a non-technical audience
- Experience in business processes and re-engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills and a leadership approach to motivate and coach team members
