Business Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with internal teams and clients, the full-time remote Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure effective CRM solution delivery to enhance customer success and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria while collaborating with technical teams
- Analyze customer data to identify insights and improvement opportunities, and support process automation implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; CRM platform certifications are a plus
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on customer success and CRM solutions
- Strong understanding of Customer Success principles and CRM systems, particularly Creatio
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to drive business decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
