Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will gather and analyze business and system requirements, translate them into Use Cases, and manage projects from inception to delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Perform business and systems analysis across multiple systems
- Facilitate requirements workshops and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop training material across IT systems
Required qualifications
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in enterprise-level system application design and development
- Proficiency in user stories, wireframing, and UML
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to solution design
