Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support business process improvements, the full-time remote Business Analyst will develop and implement procedures, evaluate business impacts, and act as a subject matter expert for system enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes
- Conduct interviews and research to document stakeholders' business needs and requirements
- Provide training and post-implementation support, including problem resolution and change management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, and presenting solution recommendations
- Experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
- 2+ years of business process analytics skills in Excel and workflow modeling
- Understanding of IT systems and their impacts on business processes
